Receivables Desk
Managed receivables follow-up · pilot

Get back to work. We’ll keep track of who owes you.

For B2B service companies with invoices to follow up and no dedicated credit controller. We monitor the queue, prepare appropriate follow-ups, track promises, and flag the cases that need your judgment.

No customer messages are sent from this demo. All amounts below are illustrative.

One process, visible to you

A credit-control desk without another person to manage.

The service starts with your invoice status, applies a follow-up policy you approve, and puts exceptions in front of you before they damage a customer relationship.

01 / WATCH

See what is due

Pull the current invoice state from your approved source. Never treat a stale export as proof an invoice is unpaid.

02 / PREPARE

Follow up carefully

Use agreed timing and wording. The first pilot reviews messages before they go to customers.

03 / PAUSE

Catch exceptions

Paid, disputed, or promised invoices leave the ordinary reminder queue.

04 / REPORT

Know the next action

Get a short weekly view of outstanding items and decisions only you can make.

A paid status must be confirmed from the accounting source before a live service stops or sends a reminder. This demo lets you simulate the decision only.

First-customer pilot

Start with your real process, then prove it earns its place.

The pilot is scoped to one company, one invoice source, one approved follow-up policy, and a weekly exception report. We measure time spent, messages sent, cases resolved, and payment timing without promising a collection outcome.

Straight answers

Before you connect anything

Will the demo send emails?

No. Its data is invented and stays in your browser.

Can it use Xero or QuickBooks?

That is the intended pilot scope, subject to your account permissions and an integration test. It is not represented as connected today.

Will it collect overdue debts?

It supports follow-up and visibility. Recovery depends on the underlying invoice, customer, and payment circumstances.

What happens to disputes?

Ordinary reminders pause and the owner gets a decision item. No automated legal escalation is part of the pilot.
